A Laboratory Informatics Strategy is a comprehensive roadmap that defines how laboratory systems and data are leveraged to drive your business. If your company has an enterprise informatics strategy, it should support that strategy. If not, your laboratory informatics strategy should at minimum be aligned with the company’s overall corporate strategy.
