LabVantage Announces Customer training & Education conference 2010 – “Connect. Learn. Innovate.”
Bridgewater, NJ. January 27, 2010. LabVantage today announced that its Customer Training & Education Conference (CTEC) will be held from April 18 to 22, 2010, at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort, Orlando, Florida. As the first combined user group meeting for SAPPHIRE™, SQL*LIMS®, and LVL™ customers, CTEC 2010 is dedicated to providing the latest insights into LabVantage’s company strategy & product enhancements, detailed briefings on industry case studies, and hands-on product training.

This year’s conference will showcase the latest releases of LabVantage’s laboratory informatics solutions, including the SAPPHIRE Laboratory Information Management Suite (LIMS) Release 5.1 and SQL*LIMS Version 5.1 Service Pack 7. Moreover, there are breakout sessions dedicated to demonstrating the enhanced functionality and introducing the upgrade paths to their latest and future releases.
Participants will learn about SAPPHIRE’s new functionality for both quality management and research & development operations. Key features to be demonstrated include the enhanced Data Entry, eForms, and BioBanking & Clinical Data Management features. The enhancements of SQL*LIMS such as the new graphical interface, dashboard, and calculation capabilities will also be illustrated in detail. Also featured are comprehensive business sessions, round-table discussions, one-on-one consultations, and two-day SAPPHIRE and SQL*LIMS training workshops.
