Dako EyeShare™ Professional is a new virtual microscopy and digital slide collaboration software package. With Dako EyeShare™ Professional, slides scanned on Dako’s ACIS® III whole slide image analysis instrument can be shared across any distance in real time via the Internet. This remote slide-viewing tool is a sophisticated and efficient solution for rapid consultations, tumor board reviews, and educational uses. Using Dako EyeShare™ Professional, up to 25 simultaneous users have the ability to review, measure, and annotate regions of interest on scanned digital slides. The launch of Dako EyeShare™ Professional represents an important step in Dako’s expanding role in the integration of image analysis into the anatomic pathology laboratory.
