NOTICE INVITING PROPOSALS RECEIPT OF PROPOSALS: Sealed Proposals will be received at the office of the Jordan Valley Water Conservancy District, hereafter “OWNER”, located at 8215 South 1300 West, West Jordan, Utah 84088, until 2:00 pm., on Tuesday, January 17, 2006, for the project entitled “Supply and Installation of Laboratory Information Management System”.

OBTAINING PROPOSAL DOCUMENTS: The proposal documents may be obtained at the above mentioned office of the OWNER beginning January 3, 2006.

DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The work includes supply and installation of a laboratory information management system, including software and hardware.

SITE OF WORK: The system will be installed at the Jordan Valley Water Treatment Plant, 15305 South 3200 West, Bluffdale, UT 84065.

DELIVERY SCHEDULE: The work shall be completed within 60 calendar days of acceptance of Award of Purchase Order.

OPENING PROPOSALS: The proposals will be privately opened and read by the Owner and Engineer following the 2:00 p.m. proposal receipt deadline of January 17, 2006. In accordance with state statue pertaining to sealed proposals, no public opening will be held.

PROJECT ADMINISTRATION: All questions relative to this shall be directed to the Engineer for the project. It shall be understood, however, that no interpretations of the specifications will be made by telephone, nor will any “or equal” product be considered for approvals prior to award of purchase order.
