The Quality Assurance (QA) Manager's primary role is to maintain appropriate oversight of cGMP processes to ensure the quality of produced pharmaceutical and medical device products.
Requirements:
Responsibilities
– Managing and monitoring quality assurance site audit functions working with Catalent Corporate Quality (i.e., internal and customer audits)
– Provide support and participate in regulatory agency inspections (US FDA, ROW)
– Providing oversight for processes to ensure regulatory compliance to FDA regulations, global regulations and Catalent internal directives in the manufacture of pharmaceutical products and medical devices
– Establish, track and present Quality Metrics to support Quality Management Review
– Managing staff of 3-10+
– Providing direction on daily work and setting objectives and plans for activities for up to 1 year in advance
Qualifications
– Bachelor's degree preferred
– 3-5 years of leadership experience
– Previous experience participating in regulatory agency inspections
