A Manufacturing Operator's primary responsibilities include the preparation of clean rooms for pharmaceutical manufacturing. These operational tasks must be completed in accordance with current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP). Operators must work effectively in a team environment to achieve company goals and must adhere to all company compliance, safety, and attendance requirements.
Requirements:
Responsibilities
– Safely operate basic equipment
– Support cleaning and organizational efforts, including maintaining visual factory
– Read, understand, and follow GMP documents
– Demonstrate a basic understanding on Operational Excellence concepts
– Participate in area continuous improvement activities
– Report safety and quality concerns and recommend improvements
– Demonstrate mathematical skills, including the ability to perform addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and conversions
– Ensure batch readiness by gathering tools, machine parts, and documents required for such activities
– Retrieve components and equipment from storage/staging areas
Qualifications
– High School/GED
– 0-3 years of experience
– Pharmaceutical experience preferred
