Marketing Coordinator

Responsible for providing project management and process support to the VP Marketing and associated US marketing department. 
Provide project management and process support for key marketing activities such as brand planning, business teams, business reviews and POA presentations.  Develop related timelines, templates and stakeholder communications.  Ensure consistency across the marketing therapeutic areas for key activities.   Develop and administer centralized marketing Sharepoints/repositories related to marketing such as playbooks and brand plans. 
Develop communications and coordinate marketing excellence activities such as the monthly all marketing meetings.  Proactively gather feedback across marketing for topics and secure related internal or external guest speakers.  
Working with marketing leadership and staff, develop best practices and SOPs to optimize interactions and deliverables with external agencies.  Develop best practices on how to achieve repeatable successes across marketing for common tactics, such as launches and promotional programs. 
Work with marketers to support tactical execution of brand activities such as congress planning, promotional campaigns, journal ads and communications. 
Work with marketers on identified programs and tactics to develop metrics that can be utilized consistently across marketing.

Requirements: 

Education:  BA/BS or equivalent. 
Experience:  A minimum of 3 years of experience in the areas of administration, project management and customer support.  Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); experience with Microsoft Project and Visio preferred.  Marketing experience preferred.
