MediRegs Acquires Compliance Software from Precyse Solutions
MediRegs announced today that it has acquired the compliance assessment and management tool (CAMT) software assets of Precyse Solutions.
The software, renamed ComplyTrack(SM), is a comprehensive tool for assessment, action plans, issue tracking, reporting, and coordination of compliance program activities. ComplyTrack(SM) is designed to help organizations meet the recommendations of the DHHS Office of the Inspector General’s Compliance Program Guidance for health and life sciences companies and federal Sentencing Guidelines.
