New Batch Grading Software
Manufacturing companies typically create batches of a product that are then held in stock for fulfilling customer orders. Typically, stock will be held in warehouse locations in varying containers depending on the stock. Product batches are then tested in order to meet in-house specifications – normally the most stringent specifications.
Batches of products, not meeting these stringent in-house specifications may then be allocated to customers/destinations where a less stringent specification is applicable.
Autoscribe’s new batch grading software readily allow different specification ranges to be retrospectively applied to test results on existing batches in order to establish the grade of the product. This graded product batch can then be matched to customer /destination requirements and shipped accordingly.
