Ozwater success for Wallingford Software

Ozwater success for Wallingford Software

Ozwater 2005 (Brisbane 8-12 May), the Australian Water Association’s biennial conference and exhibition adopted the theme “Watershed: A turning point for water”, a reflection of a growing realization throughout the country that Australia faces significant challenges in managing its water resources effectively.

Almost 750 delegates benefited from an extensive program of presentations and seminars that covered key streams including Sustainability, Systems, Management, Technology and Social Change. Visitors also had ample opportunity to visit the booths of two hundred exhibitors spanning the whole breadth of water related products and services including the busy Wallingford Software stand..

Paul Banfield, Sales and Marketing Director of Wallingford Software reports a very positive event with considerable interest in InfoWorks and InfoNet, the company’s two key software solutions:

“Ozwater was one the best for a while, not least because we were visited by many happy existing customers. But also other prospects not currently using our software voluntarily turned up and simply said ‘I have been hearing good thing about your software, tell me more’. This supports our belief that Wallingford Software’s commitment to the Australian market is now bearing fruit very significantly and we are well positioned to capitalize on this and become a dominant player in the region.

“Without doubt this was the best Australian show to date, keeping our team of three busy even on the last half day of the exhibition.” www.wallingfordsoftware.com
