Palomar Pomerado Health Selects Lucidoc to Tackle Compliance; Software Increases Compliance Efficiency, Accuracy and Control

Lucidoc, a leading provider of compliance management solutions that are designed to integrate the “lifecycle of a document” with the “process of compliance,” announced today that Palomar Pomerado Health (PPH), the largest public hospital district in California, headquartered in North San Diego, selected and deployed the Lucidoc Compliance Management Solution. Phase one included PPH moving more than 4,000 documents from a one dimensional records management system to the robust Lucidoc solution. Lucidoc offers highly secure and controlled Internet-based network-wide access to documents throughout the PPH health system, which includes the 326-bed Palomar Medical Center, 115-bed Pomerado Hospital, two skilled nursing facilities, five health centers and a surgery center. Hospital personnel from administrative, clinical, risk management and quality departments are using the system to manage compliance by creating, updating, coordinating and distributing critical operational procedures that ensure quality patient care.
