PathCentral, Inc. Signs Software License Agreement with China-Based Kindstar Globalgene Technology, Inc.
IRVINE, Calif., Dec 08, 2011 (BUSINESS WIRE) — PathCentral, Inc., the first and only company focused exclusively on the success of the community pathologist, announced today it has entered into an agreement to provide its web-based anatomic pathology laboratory information system (APLIS) to Kindstar Globalgene Technology, Inc. (“Kindstar”), headquartered in Wuhan, Hubei Province, China. Under the agreement, Kindstar will deploy PathCentral’s APLIS throughout its facilities and among its hospital clients in China.
Formed in 2003, Kindstar is the leading provider of esoteric diagnostic testing services in China, offering a wide range of specialty laboratory tests to more than 2,000 hospital clients from its core laboratory facilities in Beijing, Shanghai and Wuhan.
