Description
** This is a pre-solicitation notice only** The U.S. Geological Survey (USGS) has a requirement to obtain non-personal, laboratory analytical services for the analysis of Dissolved Helium, Neon and 3He/4He and Dissolved Tritium. This solicitation will provide laboratory services to various Federal, State, and local Agencies throughout the United States. Because of these needs, the analyses provided shall be used to fulfill a portion of the mission of the Branch of Regional Research, Eastern Region (BRRER). The Contractor shall supply all necessary facilities, materials and personnel and shall perform all services necessary to analyze, provide quality control and report analysis.
