Brief Description
The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment necessary to perform testing and analysis of various media for hazards, including potable water, soil, storm water, oil, construction debris, and other items to determine if media is safe for personal use or proper disposal. The contractor is to provide bottles for the collection of the samples by government personnel.
