Brief Description
The government intends to negotiate a Firm Fixed Price type contract with Research Triangle Institute for the Proficiency Testing Program as required by the Navy Environmental Health Center, Norfolk, VA. The contractor shall provide the necessary personnel, materials facilities and technical services required to provide and maintain a proficiency testing quality assurance program for a maximum of sixty seven (67) Navy Asbestos Testing Laboratories. The resulting contract will be from the date of award to 30 September 2005 with four one-year options. The National American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 541380.
