SOL: 261-0125-05 Due: April 8, 2005 Request for Proposal ? Cotinine Testing The Department of Veterans Affairs has a requirement for: 1. liquid or gas chromatograph testing, or 2. enzyme immunoassay testing to determine the level of cotinine. Potential contractors must be licensed to perform liquid or gas chromatography or enzyme immunoassay on urine samples for a quantitative measure of cotinine. Laboratory must have extensive experience in the collection, handling, storage and testing of urine samples for cotinine testing.
