Description
The United States Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) has a requirement for a firm-fixed price requirements contract for laboratory analytical services. The scope of services requires the Contractor to provide laboratory services for the compliance monitoring of the Nogales International Wastewater Treatment Plant (NIWTP) located in Nogales, Santa Cruz County, Arizona. Services will be in accordance with a National Pollutant Discharge Elimination System (NPDES) permit and an Arizona Aquifer Protection Permit (APP). In addition, testing may be required on samples related to NIWTP operational monitoring, monitoring of the international interceptor, and/or groundwater monitoring conducted by the USIBWC in the Nogales area. Laboratory services may also be required for surface water, groundwater, leaking underground storage tank, hazardous and solid waste monitoring requirements along the U.S./Mexico border in Arizona.
