- LABORATORY SAMPLE ANALYSIS TESTING SERVICES for Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented, with additional information included in this notice. This combined synopsis/solicitation and request for quotes is a Total Set-Aside for Small Business in accordance with FAR clause 52.219-6. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Reference RFQ FA8601-07-T-0006. This document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular #2005-13. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541380. The small business size standard is $11,500,000 (annual average gross revenue for the last 3 fiscal years not to exceed $11,500,000).
