Description
The United States Environmental Protection Agency (US EPA), Office of Pesticides Programs (OPP), anticipates conducting a full and open competition to award multiple indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity fixed rate contracts with time and material task orders for disinfectant efficacy testing and formulation chemistry analyses of EPA registered antimicrobial products. Due to homeland security issues, state laboratories are being targeted. These contracts are anticipated to have a one-year base period with four (4) one-year option periods for a total potential period of performance of sixty (60) months. The applicable North American Industry Classification Code (NAICS) is 541380 “Testing Laboratories” with a size standard for small businesses of $6.5 million.
