Relsys Announces EasyTrak(TM) Web
Relsys International, the leading developer of adverse event reporting software for the pharmaceutical industry, introduced EasyTrak(TM) Web, an online version of the company’s complaint tracking software.
In addition to providing the ease of use and ubiquitous availability of a web-based product, the new release of EasyTrak has been designed to seamlessly integrate with Argus Safety(TM), the leading adverse event reporting software in the pharmaceutical industry. This allows customers to integrate product complaint tracking and adverse event reporting within a single environment for the first time.
“We were already developing a web-based version of EasyTrak to help streamline our customers’ complaint tracking processes,” commented Dave Bajaj, CEO of Relsys International. “Several customers expressed an interest in having a centralized environment to manage both complaint tracking and adverse event reporting. So we built EasyTrak Web in a way that makes it easy to integrate with Argus and deliver a total solution.”
EasyTrak has been a leading complaint tracking solution in the medical device industry for over a decade. It allows companies to manage complaints from origination, to investigation, laboratory analysis, corrective action, summary, regulatory reporting and closure. The new web-based product has a graphical user interface designed to make it easy for users to enter
complaints of any level of complexity.
