Project Description: Letters of interest will be received from Independent Testing Laboratories for construction material testing services of the site and structure for the North Carolina Cancer Hospital. Testing services will include but will not be limited to the following: soil density, shoring, concrete, shallow and deep foundations and asphalt testing.
