“The University of Iowa solicits proposals from qualified Suppliers to provide all materials, equipment, labor and services necessary for a laboratory information management system for the University of Iowa. Services provided as part of any resultant agreement will be primarily provided for the University of Iowa State Hygienic Laboratory Department, however additional services may be requested from other University departments on an as needed basis.”
