The DSHS Laboratory Services Section is accepting offers for the purchase, installation, training and ongoing maintenance of: (1)A modern Public Health Laboratory Information Management System (PHLIMS) with an integrated billing system, which will consist of a modifiable-off-the-shelf (MOTS) product or integrated MOTS products from a single vendor that includes both the Laboratory Information Management System and Remote Access components. (2)The hardware and software infrastructure required to support the PHLIMS including servers, workstations and connectivity to the DSHS network. (3)Services to configure the MOTS product to meet DSHS requirements, develop the required test equipment and external system interfaces, and migrate data from systems that are replaced.
