The purpose of this RFP, and any resulting contract award, is to solicit proposals for a Vendor to develop a custom designed Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for the Agronomic Division’s six laboratories (Nematology, Plant, Waste, Solution, Media, Soil Testing) that is compatible with the North Carolina Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services Information Technology Solution Services (NCDA&CS ITSS) computer technology standards as stated in Appendix A for optimal data management and outreach. The Vendor’s proposal shall include application design, development, systems/integration, test, user acceptance test support, implementation and knowledge transfer.
