The Georgia Department of Driver Services (DDS) is soliciting proposals for the procurement of an electronic case management system to be utilized by the Investigative Services section. The purpose of this procurement is to identify a totally automated solution by which to collect and exchange information for efficient case and incident management within DDS. The implementation of a case management system is envisioned as transforming a paper-based environment into an electronic business process for incident and electronic document management that will interface with all critical state systems. The solution should support full functionality with portability, while allowing for flexible security access. This project is driven by a growing case workload and the need to access and interface with other State systems for real-time information quickly and efficiently. The implementation of an electronic system is critical for continued efficient and effective management of the Investigative Services section within the Department of Driver Services.
