TITLE: New Mexico Department of Health, Laboratory Information Management System
PURPOSE: The New Mexico Department of Health Scientific Laboratory Division (NM DOH SLD) is seeking proposals from prospective Offerors for a Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for the New Mexico Department of Health Scientific Laboratory Division, herein referred to as ‘SLD’, that will include software, implementation support, training and data conversion tasks, as part of an ongoing program to improve efficiency in its Biological Sciences, Chemistry and Toxicology Bureau Laboratories.
PROPOSAL DUE DATE AND TIME: All offeror proposals must be received by the Procurement Manager (Mary Houdek), or her designee, at the address specified in the RFP, no later than 2:00 p.m. Mountain Time on Tuesday, April 24, 2007. . Proposals received after this deadline will not be accepted. Proposals must be sealed and should be clearly marked NEW MEXICO DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH LABORATORY INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM on the outside of the shipping container. Proposals sent by fax, or other means of electronic submission (including e-mail), will not be accepted.
