Web based system to manage Diagnostic Laboratory Information: Texas Animal Health Commission is accepting offers for the purchase, installation, training and ongoing maintenance of: • A modern Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) with an integrated billing system, which will consist of a modifiable-off-the-shelf (MOTS) product or integrated MOTS products from a single vendor that includes both the Laboratory Information Management System and Remote Access components. • The software infrastructure required to support the LIMS. • Services to configure the MOTS product to meet TAHC requirements, develop the required test equipment and external system interfaces, and migrate customer data from the current laboratory system. The vendor should propose a base system that meets the functions and requirements detailed in the following detailed sections of this RFO.
