The objective of this Request for Proposals (“RFP”) is to obtain reliable services from a qualified provider of Laboratory Information Management Software (“LIMS”) and upgrades for the Georgia Bureau of Investigation Division of Forensic Sciences (“GBI-DOFS”) at a favorable cost. Through this procurement, GBI-DOFS seeks to:
• Maintain its established LIMS system
• Obtain upgrade by July 1, 2009
• Obtain web based application by September 30, 2009, that will allow pre-entry of case information by customers.
