The County of Los Angeles, Sheriff’s Department (“Department”) is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for a single property, evidence and lab information management system (PRELIMS). The selected vendor will provide an operationally proven, commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software solution consistent with the Department’s requirements. The Department processes approximately 850,000 pieces of evidence and property annually. The Department anticipates changes in the number of evidence and property items it will process from this RFP to the date of commencement of the Agreement and throughout the term of the Agreement.
