The Rhode Island Department of Administration, Division of Purchases, on behalf of the State of Rhode Island, Department of Health, is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) to identify a qualified firm to implement an Electronic Medical Examiners Information Management System This system will exercise and maintain readiness for the Office of the State Medical Examiner to respond to mass fatality events, as well as other public health emergencies by allowing efficient tracking of cases. This software will allow for the review of cases that will identify repetitive or problematic patterns.
