“Professional Contracted Laboratory Services are sought to assist the Michigan Department of Environment, Great Lakes, and Energy (EGLE) as detailed in the attached Program Statement. The Contracted Laboratory will be required to effectively conduct and / or coordinate the activities in accordance with the latest federal and state environmental regulations. The services required will be to provide professional laboratory testing services in situations when the services cannot be provided by the EGLE Environmental Laboratory. Most services will be required for the EGLE Remediation and Redevelopment Division under the applicable guidance and memorandums published by that division. The professional contracted laboratory firm is required to refer to State and Federal statutes, procedures, guidelines, and administrative rules when providing the services or entering into contracts with subcontractors to provide services.”
