Utah Occupational Safety and Health (UOSH) “has an ongoing need to have field-collected wipe samples, bulk samples, and employee breathing zone samples analyzed to determine employer compliance with the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA’s) Permissible Exposure Limits (PEL’s). The collected substances may include any regulated material. Sample collection materials must be available and obtainable from the offeror in a timely fashion, in some cases, overnight.”
