“Campus Health Services is an ambulatory health clinic located on the Northern Arizona University campus. The clinic is owned and operated by the University and the State of Arizona. The clinic provides health services to students and the University’s staff and faculty, in addition to worker compensation services for the University’s employees. CHS-MS sees approximately thirty-eight thousand (38,000) patients each year. The clinic’s staff consists of seven (7) physicians and eight (8) nurse practitioners. Services provided include, but are not limited to general medical care, acute and chronic illnesses, injuries and women’s health care. CHS-MS also offers psychiatric care, nutrition consultations, wellness screening, an allergy clinic, an STI clinic, physical therapy, and laboratory services.

The University is requesting sealed Proposals from qualified Proposers for Clinical Laboratory Services for the University.”
