“The State of New Hampshire Department of Environmental Services(NHDES), Drinking Water and Groundwater Bureau, invite the submission of qualifications and cost proposals to perform laboratory analytical services as necessary to identify and quantify cyanotoxins. Analysis shall be by US Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) approved or accepted methods, or other methods as specified/authorized by NHDES.

The total volume of samples to be analyzed is not known; actual quantities of analyses requested may vary. However, an estimate of the anticipated analyses required over a three-year period is included in the tables of Exhibit A.”
