“This Request for Proposals (RFP) is issued by the Orleans Parish School Board (OPSB) for the purpose of identifying firms qualified to perform Environmental Consulting Services. Firms responding to this RFP must be qualified and maintain required and appropriate licenses, certifications and accreditation in Environmental Consulting & Testing. The Vendor will be required to provide environmental consulting and design services, project advice and management, interpretations of applicable laws, rules and regulations, and upon request may assist with specialized training seminars. The Vendor must be able to provide services indicated in the Scope of Services and Specifications consistent with regulatory standards and recommended guidelines, and report findings as well as recommend plans of action as required. Proper documentation must be provided by the Vendor to ensure that all work complies with applicable regulations.” See the solicitation document for all laboratory testing and consultation services requested.
