“The City of Sacramento, Department of Utilities (DOU) is soliciting proposals from laboratories interested in providing services to the City of Sacramento during the service period specified in Section 2, Project Overview, below consisting of various Title 22 and other water quality analyses on raw (untreated) source water, finished (treated) drinking water, groundwater (well) samples and drinking water treatment residual solids.

Interested firms are invited to submit their proposals in accordance with the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals (RFP). All proposals shall be submitted in accordance with the format and information listed in the Submittal Requirements.”
