This requirement is for a Firm Fixed-Price, Non-Personal Service to provide Reference Laboratory Testing and Pathology Services, Directorship (including CLIA required technical positions, if needed) and Equipment Tech for checks for twelve (12) locations within the Great Plains Area in compliance with the manufacturer, Joint Commission, CAP, CMS, CLIA, COLA, etc., regulatory and accreditation standards for the health centers and hospitals in the GPAIHS, and the associated services described herein. The government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contractor personnel providing the supplies/services described herein. There are 4 main partsto this contract: (1) CLIA required Laboratory Directorship (LD), Technical Supervisor (TS), Clinical Consultants (CC), Technical Consultant (TC) , and Consulting Technologist; (2) Instrumenttech for calibration checks, alarm set points, thermometer checks, etc.; (3). Reference lab testing with electronic downloading of orders and results and; (4) Reports.”
