Request for Qualificiation Statement/Bids – Pretreatment Information Management System (PIMS)

INVITATION FOR SOFTWARE AND CONSULTANT SERVICES REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATION STATEMENTS/BIDS FOR THE MASSACHUSETTS WATER RESOURCES AUTHORITY

MWRA Contract No. 6177D

The Massachusetts Water Resources Authority (“Authority”) requests Qualification Statements/Bids from firms in connection with the Authority’s Pretreatment Information Management System (“PIMS”) for its Toxic Reduction And Control Department.

The Authority seeks to purchase a PIMS application, and requires consulting services to assist with system implementation and training, plus up to 3 years of operations and maintenance services. Firms experienced in providing a new PIMS must have significant experience in the Publicly Owned Treatment Works (POTW) sector, including implementations at POTW’s of similar size and complexity to that of the Authority. The PIMS must provide functionality capable of meeting EPA regulatory requirements as specified in 40 CFR, Part 136 and Part 403.

Qualifications Statements/Bids will be received at the Authority’s Procurement Department Document Distribution Center until 11:00 a.m. Friday May 19, 2006.
