The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service is seeking sequencing services from a qualified facility. “The facility will provide Illumina-based metabarcoding (amplicon), metagenomic and metatranscriptomic sequencing using Illumina technology and Nanopore-based genomic sequencing, plus library preparation. Quality checks for DNA and RNA quantity and quality should be performed prior to library preparations and/or sequencing to ensure successful library generation and sequencing.”
