The Food and Drug Administration intends to award a Purchase Order for the services listed below. The requirement will be awarded using Simplified Acquisition Procedures in accordance with FAR Part 13.106.
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is 10-223-SOL-00272. This is a 100% small business set-aside.
This solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote (RFQ).
