“The Council of the City of Gold Coast [Queensland, Australia] are seeking the provision of a Commercial-Off-The-Shelf (COTS) Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) for the use by our Scientific Services team based in a custom-built laboratory at the Smart Water Research Centre in Southport.

The solution also needs to enable the Council to maintain compliance with the National Environment Protection (National Pollutant Inventory) Measure 1998, the Environmental Protection Act 1994, the Environmental Protection Regulation 2019 Chapter 6, NATA accreditation and ISO/IEC 17025 certification requirements.

The scope of the tender includes project transition, implementation and ongoing software/SaaS support services.

Tenderers with relevant LIMS solution offerings, expertise and experience are invited to participate in this tender.”
