The State of Montana, Department of Environmental Quality invites you to submit a proposal for biological laboratory sample analysis. This solicitation is divided into two categories of biological laboratory sample analysis, interpretation, and reporting: macroinvertebrate and periphyton/phytoplankton. Each category will be independently reviewed. The State intends to make multiple awards to at least three contractors for each category, but makes no guarantee of usage volume. However, the Montana Department of Environmental Quality has averaged $500,000 in contracted expenses during the last three years for both biological categories and anticipates the same level or higher for several years to come.
