Scimagix Delivers High Content Screening Informatics Solution
Scimagix, Inc., has announced the first installations of CellMine HCS, an instrument agnostic application for storing and mining cell-based assay data. Following on from the earlier announcement of integration with the Discovery-1 system from Molecular Devices, CellMine HCS has now been deployed at two major pharmaceutical companies interfacing to the GE Healthcare InCell 3000.
Work is in process to develop an interface to the GE Healthcare InCell 1000 for another Scimagix customer. This is a major step forward in Scimagix’s delivery of image management and mining solutions applicable to all images generated in research and development and further evidence of the utility of image informatics.
