SI International Awarded $2.4 Million Army Research Laboratory Task Order

SI International, Inc. (Nasdaq: SINT), an information technology and network solutions (IT) company, today announced that the Army Research Laboratory in Adelphi, MD has awarded the Company a one-year task order valued at $2.4 million.  Under the task order, SI International will provide IT service support to the on-going development of enterprise-wide Army Research Laboratory Program Database (ARLPD).

THE ARLPD is an integrated financial information system for programming, execution and reporting at the various levels of the ARL hierarchy.  The web-based enterprise reporting tool will be used to plan, develop, support, manage and execute research projects of interest to the Department of Defense (DoD).

SI International will provide software development implementation and deployment of the ARLPD project’s first two phases, as well as network, systems administration, personal computer support, and administrative support services at ARL White Sands Missile Range in New Mexico.
