Siemens PQM Presents V6.1 of its Simatic IT Unilab LIMS solution at Forum Labo 2006
Siemens PQM will present at Forum Labo, at the CNIT in Paris, from 28 till 31 March 2006, the version V6.1 from Simatic IT Unilab, its modular and configurable LIMS solutions. (Hall Curie –Stand D80-E81)
Three kind of Unilab servers are available. The Basic one is aiming at a simple sample management , the Standard one allows for the support of the ISO17025 norm ( and compliance with the Cofrac requirements), and last but not least, the Advanced server is dedicated to the pharmaceutical industry, allowing compatibility with the FDA’s 21CFR11 regulations.
As the ERP system from SAP has a large installed base, Unilab is offering now a certified SAP-QM interface following the QM-IDI scenario, complementing QM with LIMS functions required by the laboratories.
Siemens PQM will hold a conference Wednesday 29 March, 2006 at the CNIT, from 11h00 till 11h45, room “COULOMB”. The subject will be “Why a LIMS?” and will be dedicated to return of investments for the laboratories and QA/QC departments in the industry.
