Laboratories in change – a human perspective Esa Saarinen is a philosopher, famed public speaker, media figure and corporate coach who has worked extensively with Finnish companies such as Nokia. As Professor at Helsinki University of Technology, Systems Analysis Laboratory, he has developed the concept of “systems intelligence”, as a means of combining engineering and humanistic approaches to the understading of human behaviour. |
