“It is the intent of the Washington Suburban Sanitary Commission to establish a Contract to provide Sampling and Analytical Services for Biomethane Gas Composition as part of the Verification and Monitoring Protocols used to confirm that the gas conditioning unit is performing optimally and that the renewable natural gas (RNG) produced is of the quality required by Washington Gas (WGL) for inclusion to their pipeline network. Biomethane gas sampling is to be performed at Piscataway Water Resource Recovery Facility (Piscataway WRRF) located at 11 Farmington Road West, Accokeek, Maryland 20607-9767.”
