The State of Montana, State Procurement Bureau invites you to submit a proposal for drug and alcohol field test kits and laboratory services. The purpose of this solicitation is to establish a contract that will provide services to the Judicial Branch Juvenile Probation Program. However this contract will also be available for use by other State agencies, and political subdivisions of the State of Montana.
