This is a Sources Sought Synopsis. There is no solicitation available at this time. Requests for solicitation will not receive a response. This Sources Sought Synopsis is published for market research purposes only, and in no way obligates the Government to issue a solicitation or to award of any contract. The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is seeking information from Government and industry parties possessing existing biological laboratory technology that could be used to develop and construct an affordable, self-contained, mobile laboratory for performing identification and viability determination of biological agents while located onboard a host vessel (ship) at sea.
