Brief Description
- The Ministry of Interior (MOI) operating under the direction of the Coalition Provisional Authority (CPA) is developing a National Police Criminal Investigative Service. As part of this ongoing developement the CPA wishes to provide fully fucntioning criminal intelligence offices at the National and Governorate level, including the computer infrastructure and a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) criminal intelligence database software package.
